Indeed, the renowned Korean furniture designer, Jeong Sup Lee of Wood Craft, recently teamed with design planner, Min Sik Kim, to launch a series of custom American red oak furniture. A brand new collection, the furniture line is already receiving high acclaim from the international community.

His designs emphasize the natural, idiosyncratic grain patterns of American red oak. Indeed, according to Mr. Lee “most high-end designers have preferred species like walnut, cherry and other exotic woods. I selected American red oak because it is so distinctive in high-end, modern applications. The furniture stands out against a background of more traditional species.”
